Inter Miami has once again created a stir in the football market as it is speculated that they are getting closer to complete a deal with former Barcelona and Real Madrid legends Jordi Alba and Sergio Ramos. After grabbing hold of legends Lionel Messi and Sergio Busquets forming a reunion on the American soil, it is time for a La Liga reunion as they would like to bring on deck two Spanish legends, Sergio Ramos and Jordi Alba.
Jordi Alba and Sergio Ramos to join hands with Messi and Busquets
Inter Miami has been on the highlights time and again over the last few weeks as they have got hold of several legends of football, which includes World Cup winner Lionel Messi and his former Barcelona mate Sergio Busquets. With both of them on deck, the Americans will be able to witness the magic of the duo which they will be weaving there when they don the Miami colors, bringing back memories of the legendary Barca days when the Busi-Messi duo used to leave Camp Nou in awe. But, it seems that Miami will be treated to something more as two other stars, Jordi Alba and Sergio Ramos, will be joining forces with their former mates.
According to Sport, it is heard that the current Spanish national team captain, Jordi Alba, who was recently crowned the UEFA Nations League champion, is available as a free agent. He is in advanced negotiations with the David Beckham owned side, who are presently struggling, sitting at the bottom of the MLS table. Alba has recently left Barcelona, after achieving the legendary status over the years, owing to his impeccable runs on the left wing coupled with his accurate crosses to the striker.
Another legendary reunion on the cards?
It is also speculated that along with Jordi Alba, former Real Madrid and PSG defender Sergio Ramos is on his way to feature in the MLS. One of the greats ever to play for Real Madrid, he has achieved several accolades for the “Galacticos”, ranging from UEFA Champions League and La Liga. Along with the likes of Ronaldo, Modric, Kroos, he formed an integral member of the squad which was indomitable throughout Europe. He joined PSG and his contract has ran out on Saturday, so according to several news reports, he is open to join Miami too, hoping for a perfect “Friends” reunion.
Miami has had a very torrid star to their campaign and would look up to their latest legendary inclusions to save their blushes as the American fans are bracing themselves for a vintage La Liga reunion.
