Inter Milan to offer Hugo Lloris a deal

As per the reports, the decision from the runners-up of the 2023 Champions League has come up as damage-control which they will inevitably have to brace themselves for as their very own Cameroonian Andre Onana will depart to Manchester United for a deal worth €50m.

Insider reports claim that the Italian outfit have been in informal contact with the World Cup-winning keeper for many weeks now. Lloris, despite been bound to the British club with a contract taking him until 2024, is looking to take on a new challenge this summer window for the next season.

The Serie A is not the only place that the 36-year-old has been receiving offers from. According to the reports, offers and deals for the Frenchman have been flowing in from all over the world like Greek and Turkish club, and of course, the cash-flowing Saudi Arabian clubs.

Since Lloris has casually gone back for the pre-season training session with the Spurs, the 2018 FIFA-winner is not the only goalkeeper that the Italian club is keeping tabs on. As per the insiders, Bayern Munich’s goalkeeper Yann Sommer is another keeper who is being considered by Inter.

Inter Milan to replace Andre Onana with Hugo Lloris

Despite looking at the Switzerland international, Inter remain considering Lloris as their first choice, and as for Lloris himself, this transfer might be his last one considering he is at the twilight of his glorious career.

Hence, the deal might as well be of interest to Lloris. Only time will tell if he decides to change his fate and try his luck for a domestic title in Italy, considering the droughtful spell that Tottenham Hotspur as going through.

In case Lloris decides to move to Inter Milan, Milan derby would be a match witness since both the Milan clubs would be holding elite French goalkeepers, with the other one being Mike Maignan who plays for AC Milan.
