Sofyan Amrabat, Morocco’s most sought after star after their brilliant run in the semifinals of World Cup last year in Qatar, where they have defeated the likes of Portugal and Spain before getting ousted by eventual runners-up France, has finally decided to switch his allegiance to the English giants, on a final day of a long transfer saga between him and the Premier League giants. One of the brilliant midfielders for the Asian country, who is predominantly known for his exploits in the middle, as his tactical prowess ranges from penetrative passes and versatile attacking mindset, thus proving to be an asset when it comes to possession football. It is reported that he has been on the radar of several heavyweights like FC Barcelona since World Cup, but he wanted to join Premier League legends Manchester United, thus trying to pursue his dreams in the “Theatre of Dreams”.

Loan with an option to buy

According to reports from various news outlets, Amrabat has joined Ten Hag’s forces from Fiorentina for a loan fee of 10 million euros, with the deal comprising a possible buy option next year after completion of his loan deal, for 25 million euros. Amrabat expressed his elation in joining the “club of his dreams”, as he said, “I’ve had to be patient for this moment, but I’m someone who always listens to my heart, and now I am representing the club of my dreams.
